Umvelt x Lighthouse (Steam & Gong Bath) 6:00
6:00pm
To close out Downtown Crazy Days, we've teamed up with @lighthousebzn for a two-hour reset across two locally owned Main Street spaces. Start with a 60-minute session in the Umvelt saunas and steam, then walk two and a half blocks to Light House, where founder Ally Leadbetter leads a 45-minute gong wash: lie back, and let waves of sound do the rest. The heat opens you up. The gong washes you clean. 🌀 Sunday, July 19 · 4, 5 & 6 PM · $54 · 30 spots per session
