SOLD Hot Takes & Cold Plunges — Montana Festival 2026 Friday, June 12th | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Join Umvelt for a special Montana Festival morning of conversation, connection, and contrast therapy at Bozeman's timeless bathhouse inspired by the Slavic Banya tradition. The session opens with welcome remarks from Umvelt founder Paul Byrne, followed by a guided Vitality Awakening experience led by Meris Gebhart of Opulent — a dynamic blend of movement, breathwork, and guided meditation designed to open the body and clear the mind. From there, enjoy approximately 45 minutes to an hour of self-directed free-flow circuits through our sauna, cold plunge, and rewarming spaces.
